Terms of Service

MedicsCircle is operated from Bengaluru, India by BG TechHub Pvt. Ltd. (BG THUB). You can reach us at medicscircle@gmail.com.

MedicsCircle is a platform where clinics publish openings and professionals apply to them, and where verified clinics can find professionals who have chosen to be visible. We are not an employer, recruiter or agency, and we are not a party to any agreement between a clinic and a professional. We do not guarantee that a listing will be filled or that an application will lead to work.

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or Indian mobile number. Keep access to that address or number secure — anyone who can read the code can sign in as you.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work or hire in India.
• The information you give must be accurate and your own: your name, qualifications, registration details and work history for professionals; the clinic’s real name, address and registration for clinics.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

A verified badge means our staff have reviewed the documents supplied — a clinic’s registration, or a professional’s council registration and qualifications. It is a check at a point in time, not a guarantee of anyone’s conduct or competence. Clinics must be verified before their openings appear publicly and before they can search for candidates. We may remove a badge if the information behind it turns out to be wrong.

• Your profile is shown to clinics only when you switch on “Show my profile to clinics”. You can switch it off at any time.
• When you apply to an opening, that clinic can see your profile, CV and certificates for that application.
• Do not apply on someone else’s behalf, or upload documents that are not yours.

• Listings must describe a real opening at your clinic, with honest pay and terms. Do not charge candidates any fee to apply or to be hired.
• Candidate information you see — profiles, CVs, contact details — may be used only to consider and contact that person about work at your clinic. Do not copy, export, sell or share it, or use it for marketing.
• You are responsible for your own hiring decisions and for complying with employment and healthcare regulations that apply to you.
• Photos and logos you upload must be yours or used with permission. You allow us to display them on MedicsCircle in connection with your clinic.

• Misleading, discriminatory, abusive or unlawful content in listings, profiles or messages.
• Messaging people for anything other than the opening you are discussing, or continuing to contact someone who has declined.
• Scraping, bulk downloading, or automated access to the site or its data, and attempts to get around rate limits or security controls.
• Creating accounts for someone else, or more than one account to evade a suspension.

We may limit, suspend or remove an account, listing or clinic that breaks these terms, and clinic listings suspended by us stay suspended until we review them. Where we can, we will tell you why.

We work to keep MedicsCircle available and your information secure, as described in our Privacy Policy. The service is provided as it is, and it may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the outcome of any hiring decision, for what clinics and professionals say or do to each other, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian law that cannot be limited by agreement.

You can stop using MedicsCircle at any time. To have your account and data deleted, write to medicscircle@gmail.com; how we handle deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users. Continuing to use MedicsCircle after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. For a complaint about content or conduct on MedicsCircle, or any grievance about these terms, write to our Grievance Officer at medicscircle@gmail.com. We will acknowledge it within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
