Roles & Responsibilities – Associate Dentist Patient Consultation & Diagnosis – Conduct dental consultations, clinical examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and provide appropriate preventive and restorative care. Dental Procedures & Treatments – Perform routine dental procedures within the scope of BDS qualification, following established clinical and safety protocols. Patient Care & Communication – Explain treatment plans, procedures, risks, and aftercare instructions clearly while maintaining a positive and professional patient experience. Clinical Documentation & Hygiene – Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, prescriptions, and ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection-control protocols. Team Collaboration & Professional Development – Work effectively with the dental team, coordinate referrals when required, and continuously improve clinical knowledge and skills.
